As brands grow, their brand identity must evolve as well. ZRG was a global talent provider best known for Executive Search and Talent Placement services. Despite its deep roots and esteemed reputation in the talent industry, Executive Search services are primarily transactional, and ZRG faced challenges sustaining long-standing client relationships. After expanding its portfolio to include Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), Interim Solutions, and Advisory and Consulting Services, ZRG wanted to be perceived as more of a comprehensive strategic partner for the ongoing talent solution needs of both new and existing clients. Additionally, the talent advisory industry has several well-regarded competitors with strong brand recognition, making it imperative for ZRG to carve out a niche for itself as a partner with the technological resources of a major player but the personal client relationships of a smaller, more boutique-feeling agency. To help overcome business perception issues and establish itself in a competitive talent marketplace, ZRG was in need of a brand revitalization. From a new, more modern logo identity and tagline to market positioning and messaging architecture, we served as both creative partners and strategic advisors throughout the rebranding initiative. Our work on the ZRG rebrand project helped usher in an important new chapter for their entire organization.
