A complete brand refresh requires vision and steadfast alignment with long-term goals. The new Realogy corporate brand was born out of the organization’s people-first mindset and they trusted us as their partner for the project. From strategy and development to project management and rolling out final creative, we played a critical role in every step of the rebranding process. We even assisted with messaging and strategic positioning. Getting early buy-in from employees was essential, so engagement initiatives were prioritized at the onset of this launch. And like any successful brand refresh, we had to ensure all customer-facing touch points adhered to the new brand standards – requiring thorough visual audits, testing, and policing of messaging and imagery. We built the new brand guidelines, created all internal communications and sales collateral and developed integrating marketing materials and social media content. The Realogy brand is a shining example of how design can be a driving force in business evolution.
